
MLM Training System: Critical Mass
One of my mentors told me some time ago that in his MLM Training System I needed to hit critical mass in my business and that I should strive for it continuously until I reached it. He told me that critical mass was when my business was growing so rapidly that if I stopped personally recruiting (which by the way is never wise to do) that my business would continue to grow without me.
MLM Training System: Get Growth In Your Biz On AutoPilot
I recall a few years ago where a top leader in the organization I was part of got herself into auto accidents through no fault of her own and as a result suffered with a lot of paid and had to stop working her business for several months. This leader returned to work and flew overseas and while helping with a new launce she slipped in the shower and re-injured herself and ended up having to take an entire year off. Despite her long extended absence her business actually grew significantly with her making more money each month than prior to her string of accidents.
MLM Training System: The Law of Momentum:
This law states that when you begin a new venture it will take 10 units of effort to achieve 1 unit of results. However it goes on to state that once you have achieved this level of momentum it only takes a single unit of effort to maintain it not 10 units like it did in the beginning.
So if you want to have momentum make more prospecting calls in the beginning and your skill will take an upward spike and then add this to the viral nature of your team’s growth and duplication and you will hit and maintain it with ease. I remember saying on more than one occasion when I first began my career in MLM that I was not doing Network Marketing, I was doing Me Work marketing because If I didn’t recruit anyone it simply did not happen. It was not until my eighth month when I felt the pressure lift and just like a jet leaving the ground I saw my business take off with more than just my efforts. What an amazing feeling!
MLM Training System: “Momentum Thinking”
I once heard a leader say that people don’t want to buy Drills, what they really want is a ¾ inch hole but the drill is necessary to get the hole. Your team are not eagerly wanting to call people and get rejection so focusing one’s mind on the work is not what is going to keep your team dialing numbers. My coach asked me what I wanted to get in exchange for my efforts in my MLM. I told him I wanted a house in the Rocky Mountains overlooking a river and meadow.
My coach told me to get a picture of my “Dream Home” and post in several places throughout my home and most of all to have one by my phone. It had an amazing impact on my commitment to making dials as it was a constant reminder. Find out what your leaders want for their commitment in building an MLM and suggest a Dream Board or pictures of their goals. Placing a picture of one’s family by the phone is also a great idea.
MLM Training System: Advice From The “King” Of Success
If you want success then do what Napoleon Hill said to do and that is to associate yourself with a Master Mind Group that share the same beliefs about goal setting and business. You need to begin spending time with people already experiencing success in the Industry.
