This is your life and it is not a dress rehearsal. You can choose to be an extra or you can choose to be the star of your movie. I recommend you play the lead because you are worth it.


Leaders in Network Marketing / MLM Home Based Business focus on the positive and not the negative. They acknowledge that negative forces exist in life but rather than focus on the negative possibilities they choose to look for the positive potentials a negative event might have. One famous person used to say that is absolutely great regardless of the calamity because he always felt it made his company do a better job at serving his customers.



Leaders take 10 minutes a day minimum and bathe their mind in a positive book or audio. They understand that they are influenced by what goes into their minds. This is similar to the old cliché about data entry into a computer – “garbage in garbage out” or the one we have over nutrition “ you are what you eat”



Leaders are not successful because they have a great position or because they earn large incomes, they are successful because of what they have become inside. Leaders understand that their outer world is only a reflection on their inner world. They attract people circumstances and events into their lives because of who they are inside. People see you so loudly by your character that it drowns out your words.



Leaders in Network Marketing / MLM Home Based Business believe that retirement is for people caught up in jobs that they don’t have a passion for. Leaders seek out the ambitions burning in their souls and express their lives in the pursuit of making the impossible possible.



Leaders understand that fear holds 95 % of the population back from achieving their dreams. One acronym that I heard for the word “fear” is false evidence appearing real and when you believe your fear and not your passion you will never realize your true potential. As one author said “you go to the grave with the song still inside you”



Leaders understand that with any accomplishment comes the risk of failure but they also understand that all success is created brick by brick with failure being the building material of choice. Leaders don’t view failure as a character flaw they look at failure as a learning activity. Our culture encourages mediocrity and we will do just about anything to maintain it – “I don’t want to get my hopes up because I don’t want to be disappointed.”



Athletes win Gold medals because they would not accept defeat and not through avoidance but rather by rising to the challenge!



If you want to be successful in your business then take an honest look at yourself and see what areas of yourself that need software upgrade. What paradigms are no longer able to serve you in your new role in leading others to greatness? You cannot reach the top of your MLM by focusing on you and your personal needs. Systems are extremely helpful in guiding you to success as they give you a track to run on. It is a known fact that people are not duplicateable but systems are.
