Yes I Can An MLM Success Strategy without Action Is like a “Jet” without Fuel!

Your best MLM success strategy begins with understanding and preparation. We all want to be successful and become that way with the least amount of bumps and bruises; however, it is not going to be easy for you. So now that we have that out of the road we can get over feeling like life has singled you out or that you don’t have what it takes or that it will never happen for you. This article is not a breakdown on how to do your more about having the proper mindset.

Step One: Decide what you want.

You need to know the reason why you are going to do a network marketing business. Write-down in detail exactly what you want your business to provide you. In addition write-down why is important that you are successful in achieving your goal. If you have minor goals than the first minor challenge will have you out of your business as quickly as you came in.

Caution: Trouble is on the way!

You need to be aware that trouble is on the way and that there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop it. The good news is that if you are prepared your challenges will not take you out of the game.

Step Two: Commit to being successful.

Write out a commitment agreement to yourself and if applicable to your family that under no circumstances will you quit on reaching your goals. Most people make New Year’s resolutions December 31 and break them January 1 but you are not going to break your agreement to succeed. You are not going to use language like: you will try, or you will give it your best shot, or you will see how it goes because that’s the language of failure and you’re not a failure. Your commitment must be at least 12 months in duration.

Step Three: Give yourself a job description.

Employers understand that if they don’t give their employees a job description it is very unlikely that they will get the work done that needs to be accomplished. Therefore employers go to great lengths to ensure that their employees understand their job duties and timelines. They detail coffee breaks lunch breaks and even holiday periods. Obviously being your own boss gives you some flexibility but don’t abuse it. Write out a schedule for your work week what you will accomplish each day and each week. Write out all the activities you believe a successful networker would be involved in on a daily basis and then adopt these activities as part of your success blueprint.

Caution: Don’t plan to do your business in your spare time.

The universe abhors a vacuum and immediately fills in the vacant time. Your employer doesn’t ask you to do his work in your spare time because he wants the work done. Take the same position with yourself. Yes you are doing a business to have more spare time but understand that your spare time is not can happen immediately it may take five years or more. But unlike many of the people that you presently know in five years they’ll still have a job while you will have life freedom.

Step Four: Get started immediately.

Understand that there is not a single person in the world that ever got anything right it was complex the first time around. You will have many things that you need to learn and in most cases you are going to make mistakes as you go about your marketing efforts. Mike Litman says you don’t have to get it right you just have to get it going. You are going to fail your way forward to success.

Step Five: Be a learner and be coachable.

Don’t make the mistake of believing that just because you’re a super employee you will be a great entrepreneur. There are skill sets that you must learn and there are lessons in failing that you must endure if you were to succeed. Success in marketing is a learning process and three books that I highly recommend you purchase include:
1. Failing Forward by
John C. Maxwell
2. Never Give up
by Donald Trump
3. Your First Year in Network Marketing
by Mark Yarnell

Step Six : Have fun.

95% of everybody you talk to is going to reject what you offer and 95% of the people who join your business are likely to quit within 61 days. Fortunately 5% of 5% is what we call mlm success and it will make you extremely wealthy if you don’t join that second 5% in your first 61 days. The resistance that you meet is not a reflection of your self-worth or your future in this industry. Be kind to yourself and have fun.
