Would you like to really know truth the network marketing elite? What is the MLM success strategy that leads to huge success in network marketing? Have you ever wondered what the people that are having massive success do that you’re not doing? In this article I’m going to share with you my observations and opinions on what I believe make up the critical DNA of success.

Certainly having a company with quality products and services managed by leaders with vision together with a compensation plan that rewards the efforts of those that are on the front lines doing the marketing are all vitally important. But why is it that two people become successful and 98 people make little or nothing yet marketing the same products or services with the same compensation plan and leadership running their company? Is it that the 2% have some magic pixie dust? Did they become successful just because they were at the right place at the right time or do they have some quality that they were born with that just makes them win without effort?

If you haven’t read Mike Dillard’s “Magnetic Sponsoring” then I would encourage you to do so today. You went into network marketing because you wanted to make some extra income or perhaps replace your previous income. Either way you got into network marketing to generate income and you can choose consciously to be in the top 2% or in the bottom 98%. If this sounds rather over the top and in-your-face it’s intended to be.

Working hard by itself is not going to create massive wealth; however, working smart will. Mike Dillard talks extensively about the Alpha male personality. Throughout history we have followed this type of person even unto death. This person stirs something in our soul and we move outside of our comfort zone because we believe in this leader. This person is strong and has a huge vision with enough passion and charisma that they can draw thousands to their feet with only a few spoken words. They make up many of the stereotype personalities that we love to watch at the theater. The hero who is willing to face impossible odds and become victorious.

The Alpha male attracts people to him or her because of a willingness and drive to leave the comfort of the pack. They would rather die fighting than to ever play it safe. They are decisive and whether you agree with them or not you will never forget them. The Alpha male MLM Success Strategy is not about winning a popularity contest, instead this individual embraces the path least traveled and thrives on the challenges of the unknown. The people who prefer to sit back and let this Alpha male take the lead can only hope to succeed by studying and then applying the lessons they have learned while in their company.

The people who say ”I could never do that, I’m not a salesperson, I don’t want to be rich, I’m not a public speaker etc. are comparable to someone riding a 10 speed bicycle pedaling as hard as they can while squeezing the brakes. The Alpha male has fear like everyone else but is willing to face their fear and step outside of their comfort zone. They recognize that they are going to make mistakes and they also realize that, that is a necessary step to success.

Meanwhile the 98% network marketers are busy studying so they don’t make any mistakes or just waiting to see how things go. This 98% will do anything to preserve the status quo they do not want to rock the boat. They say things like a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, haste makes waste while the Alpha male says He who hesitates is lost!, “Give me liberty or give me death!”

My advice to you is to use an MLM Strategy of the World’s Top Leaders. Study the Leaders throughout history and create composites of their personalities and ask yourself questions like If I was Abraham Lincoln, how would I handle this situation, or If I was Churchill, what could I say to get people to believe in themselves, or if I was Napoleon, how could I get people to follow my lead, or if I was Martin Luther King, what would I need to say to get people to believe in their dreams.

Once again I would encourage you to read Magnetic Sponsoring at least a dozen times until you really “Get It!” Since 98% of all network marketers lack qualified prospects to talk to I would encourage you to check out Scraper Pro Gold. When I first started building my business I would invest several hundred dollars into names, phone numbers and email addresses and start dialing for dollars. I recall thinking that I had found the gold vein.  Wow how easy is this, I buy the names of people who want to join and then sign them into my business. Best of all I didn’t even need to leave my home to get the numbers because they were delivered right to my email tray.

After 9 years of dialing numbers I have found that all leads are not created equal and all of the hype that describes these leads is rarely even close to the truth. I would get some leads that I thought if I hit my had with a hammer the pain would be less than calling one more of those so called “Hot Prospects that are eagerly waiting to hear about your opportunity!” Wow …..eager? most of them would slam the phone in my ear.

Not all lead sources are bad and there are some that I have found to be very reputable; however, calling “cold leads” or leads that have never heard of you or your opportunity can really leave you feeling discouraged. Be a top leader in my company my wife and I were flown from our home in Alberta Canada to Miami and then on to Jamaica for a week and stayed at a beautiful Sandals Resort.  We had a great time and while there I had the opportunity to meet another top recruiter. This guy was amazing! He was a sign up machine and in November of o8 signed up 25 people into his team.

My wife Pat and I walked into a lounge at the resort and sat down and as luck would have it, it was this fellow. I wasted no time asking him where he was getting his leads and he said that he had been using a company that uses an auto responder system. You get a huge batch of leads each day to send out and the people that click on the links on the emails you send are the ones you call back.

I could hardly wait to leave the resort to get back to business and try this new lead source myself. I did manage to enjoy the sun and ambiance but when I got home I signed up for those leads. It took me a short time to get comfortable with the system and I was up and going. Imagine how cool it is to talk only to people that know what business you’re in and already know your name and expected you to call them. Marketing can be a lot of fun and very rewarding once you have the right tools and strategy

You might say to your friends that you’re to become very successful in network marketing with your business. And they respond with “well you come back and see me when you get the pink Cadillac”. Your friends may scoff at your dream not because they want to hurt your feelings but because they don’t believe it’s possible. The problem with taking advice from broke people is that you’re likely to have the same success they’re having which up to now is not much. They don’t want you to get your hopes up only to be disappointed. I have heard hundreds of people say to me: Well I don’t want to get my hopes up, because they don’t want to be let down.”

Napoleon Hill once said that if you can hold in your head you can hold it in your hands. So what does it mean to hold it in your head? I’m sure you’ve heard the expression “that guy lies so much is actually beginning to believe his lies”. There is not one thing that has ever been built by man but did not first start as an idea or a belief. Quantum physics states that thoughts are things which are of substance. Scientists understand that anything that has substance or mass has its own gravitational pull. Bob Proctor, who starred in the video, ”The Secret” talks about the law of attraction. He explains that the more we think about something and visualize it’s coming into existence, we actually attract it into our life.

Bob explains that our mind is composed of a conscious and an unconscious side. He states that the unconscious mind will accept unconditionally as fact anything that it is given. He goes on to say that we don’t have to know how we are to receive just that we will. There is not a single superstar athlete that did not have first a dream yet not the ability to actualize it. Napoleon Hill stated that whatever the mind can conceive and believe it shall receive. So when you tell yourself repeatedly that you are going to be a success for a long enough duration your unconscious mind will accept it as fact.

If you say you can do something you can, and conversely if you say you can’t do something, then you can’t. Identify what it is you want to happen in your MLM business and describe it in great detail as though it had already happened. As you write this describe it having it using all of your five senses. Describe how it feels now that you have succeeded in achieving your goal in your MLM business. Several times each day read this to yourself and over a period of time you will begin to believe that you will achieve. As your belief increases the actions that you’re taking to make it happen will start having more success. The great thing about success is that it carries with it momentum. There is a law that states a body in motion will tend to stay in motion until acted upon by an outside source. In other words the more successful you are the more successful you will continue to be.

Ask yourself this: “Why would somebody want to follow me if I don’t believe I will ever be a success?” People are looking for leaders that will help them achieve their goals so understand this simple truth if you believe and you act in accordance with your belief you will receive the success that you strive for. Don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t happen in accordance with your time plan. Brian Tracy says that there is no such thing as a bad goal just bad timelines so be prepared at just the length of time it will take to achieve your goal.
