Face Book Provides Oceans Of Leads



Face Book Is About Relationships – If you want to build a business and you have no advertising budget to get paid advertising then Face Book is a tremendous place to start. Like anything there are things you must do and must avoid but with millions of people turning to Face Book there are no limits to what you can accomplish in building a list.



To be effective at this strategy requires a Blue Print and I am going to leave you a link that you can use to access the one I have. This strategy is so effective that there are people receiving 20 to 50 Leads per day. The problems with most strategies that are used for Lead Generation typically require hours of your day to use; however this one can be done in about 30 minutes each day.



Imagine the possibilities that exist with Face Book – millions of people you can access and given the condition of our economy many people are hurting and are open to the possibility of a business opportunity. Remember though, there is a right way to go about presenting it to them using Face Book and a wrong way. Social Sites are similar to Social gatherings off line. You would not approach someone directly and ask them for their name phone number and then follow-up with an invitation to go build a family.

  • Can Be Done in 30 Minutes Per Day
  • Can Generate 20 To 50 Leads Per Day
  • Can Be Done Effectively With A Zero Advertising Budget
  • Can Give You A Huge List Of Names In A Very Short Period Of Time
  • Can Access Influential People Via Connections



Many people make the mistake of saying Hi, then immediately trying to recruit them into their business and as a result end up quickly losing credibility and subsequently removed from the person list of contacts. Consider for a moment though how powerful it would be to become friends with some influential leaders in MLM or perhaps influential people in this medium and how many connections that could lead to if handled correctly.



Avoid the temptation to monetize people to early on. It is critical that you develop a trusting relationship and one where people you bring value. People will refer your name to many if you don’t try to turn every one you talk to online immediately into a customer or consultant in your business. Treat people with sincerity and be honest, hype and pressure will not give you any long term success.

Part 2 – My MLM Strategy for you is to work on your communication skills and avoid these deadly marketing mistakes:



Hey What About Me ? – When your prospect says something that they want to do or have done stop competing “ Oh yeah I did that too, in half the time…..” “Oh we’ve already been there….” “ Oh we have more kids than you …..” Your call to your prospect is not about you it is about them. If you want to talk about yourself do it in the morning when you have a shower – get it out of your system this costs tons of lost marketing calls.


He Who Talks Loses Your conversation should be you asking questions and then asking questions on the answers you are getting and then clarifying those answers or asking more questions. Not reversed – if your prospect is asking all the questions you have lost the call unless you get back in control with you asking the questions.



Don’t mix Business with Pleasure - Your call is to market your business, products, or services. Don’t mix catch up calls with business calls. When you do your friend will take your call as a cheap ploy and that you never really called to just chat – you had a hidden agenda – monetizing them. Let your friend know right off the hop the reason I am calling is…… and when you are done get off the phone FAST.



Pitching The Deal With Email – Sending out a broadcast to everyone you know about your business is a great way to alienate yourself from everyone that receives the Email. We get spam on TV, we get Spam in the Mail and we now get Spam in our Email. It is ok to send an email to someone you know if you have asked permission to do so. This shows respect – imagine if you had a friend that never called you by phone or answered your calls by phone or in person they just wrote letters or sent email – It is unnatural and your friend will be suspicious of you if you start your business this way.



Presenting While Inviting – When you invite people to look at your business opportunity do not get caught with the “50 Questions” scenario. When you invite do not get into details because when you do you remove any reason for them to attend a proper presentation. Do not think that your prospect is intelligent enough to just “get it” because they won’t. When you persist they will feel like you are selling them and that will result in them blowing you and your opportunity off.

My MLM Strategy for you is to work on your communication skills and avoid these common communication bofos:



Tail GatingEvery time your prospect says something you immediately follow up with yes or uh huh or right. Tail Gating is bad practice on the road and it is the same when you are presenting your business to a prospect. We don’t want huge lapses in a conversation but we also don’t want to race to fill in a gap that really does not need to be filled. Sometimes your prospect has something they want to share and you are discouraging it from happening.



Not Comfortable With Your ScriptPlease, take your script and read it at least 20 times ALOUD and then read it another 20 times ALOUD with inflection like you would if you were not reading a script. Then put your script away and say what was on the script to yourself ALOUD 20 more times. Do not think that a script used by a top recruiter will work for you. It is not just the words that give you the success. It is feeling like you are the script and the script is you. Ask yourself what you are looking to accomplish at each stage of your script.   Cool people have a problem with this because they think they don’t need scripts and they don’t need to practice – they fail in this business.



Using A Phone If you were a mechanic you would have your own toolset, if you were a welder you would have your own welding equipment, if you were a farmer you would have farming equipment. Don’t  think you are going to make a professional income without a proper headset. Do not go to Radio Shack and get a 20 dollar head set either. Get a professional one – Plantronics makes great ones don’t get the home version to save money – get the office version. It costs more for a reason it has better sound. If you are marketing on the phone, all your prospect has to go on is the sound of your voice. Believe it or not they will know if you are holding a phone to your ear. Also a headset is not a 100.00 Blue tooth for your Cell phone.



Sitting Down – When you are sitting you sound dead on the phone and if you don’t believe me record yourself sitting down and talking and standing up. It is so obvious to the people you call it would be laughable if this was not such an expensive mistake.



Smile – If you are not smiling you sound at best like JOE FRIDAY OFF DRAGNET – very dry and serious. This is not to say that you are suppose to giggle when your prospect says something but when you have a smile you make every word a friendly one and they are listening.

MLM Leads "My Proven Way" Shocked Me



“My Proven Way” (MPW) is a simple and affordable alternative lead source for people in the MLM industry. Lead vendors put out landing pages and capture people’s contact information and then turn around and sell that information multiple times ranging from $2-$10 per sale. Often when people begin buying leads, they believe that they are the only person to have received that person’s contact information. In reality MLM leads are sold anywhere from two to a dozen or more times.



Obviously each time a prospect is contacted by a marketing representative a prospect is less willing to hear another business presentation. These leads are called “cold market prospects” and it is a fitting metaphor to call them cold, because when you call them on the phone these leads are often very suspicious. Creating a relationship with a prospect is the most ideal way to find people for our business. People want to do business with people that they know, like and trust. Calling a stranger at seven o’clock in the evening and expecting him to trust you and hand over his credit card, spending upwards of $300-$2000 is the same as panning for gold in your shower – not going to happen!
